Spirited Investors is pleased to announce a partnership with Nancy Toman, Co-founder of Main Prototypes Limited, operating in Cambridge as Main Plastics.

Main Plastics has a reputation, built over 20 years, as an injection mould specialist for virtually all plastic materials including elastomers and engineered resins. Main develops tooling and produces extruded plastic components for a variety of sectors and applications. The primary focus is on components for medical devices.

Building off of a rich history in prototyping, Main Plastics has a strong reputation for designing tooling for new components and short run complex pieces with close tolerances. With on-site designers and machinists, products can be rapidly translated from ideas or rough sketches into completed molds and production runs. Printing capacity on the premises allows for the component to be finished on site.

Spirited Investors’ ActivestorTM team is providing expertise focused on strategic work to refine the sales and marketing efforts of Main Plastics in order to capture the opportunity that exists in this specialized area of plastic extrusion.
